Who is responsible

CasinoX, the publisher of casinox.casino, is the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us through our contact form or by post at CasinoX, care of Hyperbet Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

What we collect and why

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: page views, clicks on offers and outbound links, approximate location (derived from your IP address) and device type. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<id>. Our basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the site, or your consent where the law requires it.

Contact form. When you write to us we collect your name, your email address (or another reply address the form offers) and your message. They are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, so we can answer. Our basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you. Each message is also forwarded to our team through Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) so it is read promptly.

Affiliate and promo links. Some links lead to operators, including Hyperbet. Once you leave CasinoX, the destination may set its own cookies and process your data under its own privacy policy.

Hosting and delivery. The site is served through Lovable and Cloudflare, which process request data such as your IP address to deliver pages and protect the site.

What we do not do

CasinoX has no user accounts, no newsletter and takes no payments. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to answer you and then deleted. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics' retention setting for our property.

Transfers

Our service providers may process data outside the UK and the EU. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK or to the data protection authority where you live. Send requests through our contact form or by post.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page.
